Services Offered
Long Drive Luxury Shuttle LLC provides passenger transportation services using a 10-passenger vehicle (seats 8). Services are available to book by phone or email currently.
Booking & Payments
A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 2 weeks before the scheduled trip.
Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 30 days before travel. Cancellations within 14 days of travel are non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, extreme weather), we will offer rescheduling or a full refund.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions. Passengers must adhere to all safety rules, including seatbelt use. Passengers who are not of legal drinking age may not possess any alcoholic beverages. No smoking is allowed. Long Drive Luxury Shuttle reserves the right to remove any passenger from the vehicle in the event of a violation of these standards or for safety reasons.
Compliance
We are registered with the Nebraska Public Service Commission and comply with state and federal regulations.
Disputes
​Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of the State of Nebraska.
